Hola!
Or as we say in Basque country, kaixo!
You may notice that a considerable portion of my photos, rants and tangents hail from Spain and are even written in Spanglish. There is rhyme and reason to this madness.
I won the Basque Stage scholarship sponsored by Sammic to stage (STAH-JE: French for apprentice or intern) at Restaurante Martín Berasategui in Lasarte, Spain for six months. After completing my stage, I continued to work for Martín and Sammic.
What do I do? What is my title?
I suppose it is only natural that curious strangers bombard me with this question. All the time.
Well if you really want to know…I tweet (@uno2trac), I blog, I edit, I photograph, I film, I direct, I write, I market, I travel, I cook, I read (blogs and cookbooks mostly), I analyze, I calculate, I plan, I strategize. I’m starting to sound like apple products but frankly, I cannot be defined as solely a chef or media and public relations strategist. I am a Renaissance woman, bringing passion and dedication to everything I do.
If you would like to learn more about what I do or what I can do for you, please contact me here on my blog or in e-mail at trac.chang@gmail.com.
