Green Tea Tofumisu? Tiratofu?

I had some fun this weekend playing around with my green tea cupcake recipe. Here they’re presented in martini glasses as a play on tiramisu. I experimented with a chocolate kahlua black peppercorn reduction as well as a ginger sake reduction to moisten the layers of cupcake sandwiched between the chocolate tofu blend. They’re finished with a dollop of whipped cream, a fresh grating of nutmeg and a sprinkle of green tea [matcha] powder.
