Uni Fettucine

NomNomNom goes Jon. He is forever nostalgic for the the Sea Urchin Fettucine we got three years ago at Mario Batali’s Esca in Manhattan. Last weekend, we finally attempted to recreate the dish. I must say, it was quite successful, even after mom and I put a slightly healthier spin on it. (Who are we kidding, this dish is meant to be rich and savory!)
