Crisp sweet and salty skin, succulent meat dripping with porky goodness…pure deliciousness. I love every part of the pig, from nose to tail. It even evokes a bit of patriotism in me. To love pork is to love China. Hm, that’s a bold statement. Let’s just say I associate my pork obsession with my Chinese heritage. That works.
